IREB Group serves residential clients across the East Bay corridor from a Hayward base. Our practice covers buyer representation, seller representation, and investor referrals, each handled directly by the team rather than passed to a sales floor.

The firm is built around two-sided service. Sellers get a complimentary valuation, a listing strategy, and full negotiation through close of escrow. Buyers get a needs review, financing context, targeted neighborhood search, and offer and inspection support. Investors get acquisition, disposition, and 1031 exchange coordination.

Geographic focus matters. We do not operate as a generalist California brokerage; we concentrate on the 32-community East Bay footprint where local knowledge of street-by-street pricing, school assignment, commute corridors, and city overlay rules is the largest contributor to a good outcome.
