Brian leads owner acquisition and partnership development across the Sacramento metro, working with prospective clients to evaluate properties and match management solutions to their investment goals.
Client Services
Susan is the primary point of contact for owner clients, handling inquiries, account updates, and ongoing communication. She ensures owners receive clear, timely responses to every question.

Denise manages a portfolio of residential properties across Sacramento and the broader metro, overseeing lease renewals, tenant relations, move-in and move-out inspections, and owner reporting.

Tina manages residential portfolios in Placer and El Dorado counties, including the Roseville, Rocklin, Folsom, and El Dorado Hills markets, with a focus on maintenance coordination and lease compliance.
Sales Agent & Leasing
Julie handles property marketing, showings, tenant applications, and lease execution across the portfolio. She also coordinates real-estate sales inquiries through the Realty Connect arm.
